Admissions at Briar Rose

Moving to assisted living is a big step. Our administrative team will walk you through each part of it, from your first question to move-in day.

How admission works

Inquiries are welcome from the individual, a family member, a guardian or a care coordinator.

1

Initial inquiry

Contact us by phone or email. Anyone supporting the individual can reach out.

2

Needs and preferences

We talk through residential needs and personal preferences.

3

Eligibility and accommodations

We review eligibility, available accommodations, and support requirements.

4

Assessment

We assess whether our home can appropriately meet the individual's needs.

5

Funding and agreements

We review funding, required documents, and service agreements.

6

Move-in

We coordinate admission and move-in arrangements.

Final admissions are subject to availability, suitability, licensing requirements and company approval.

Documents we will ask for

Having these ready helps the process move smoothly.

Costs and payment

Costs vary according to the residence, services required, individual arrangements and applicable funding sources. Families, guardians and prospective residents are encouraged to contact our administrative team for information regarding admissions and costs.

Payment options are reviewed individually with each family.

Room and board

Room and board expenses are separate from Medicaid-funded waiver services, where applicable. We will explain the difference when we review funding with you.

Ready to ask a question?
